Confidential and anonymous reporting

Use this page to report a concern about safety, harassment, pay or working conditions, fees, bribery, fraud, privacy, the environment or any other wrongdoing connected to Bak Freight. Anyone can use it: drivers, helpers, contractors and their workers, office staff, clients and their staff, suppliers and the public.

You can stay anonymous

Your name is not required. This page has no tracking, and we do not record your device or location. Leave the contact box empty to stay fully anonymous.

No retaliation

Nobody loses work, routes, hours or pay for reporting in good faith — even if the concern turns out to be unfounded.

Independent option

If your concern involves a manager or the President, send it to the independent external contact only. Management will not see it.

Concerns about the conduct of Bak Freight or its people — at any level, including management: use the form above or the independent contact.

Reports are handled under Bak Freight’s Whistleblower Protection Policy: acknowledged within 5 business days where the reporter can be contacted, investigated by someone not involved, and concluded within 30 days wherever practicable. Reports are kept confidential and shared only as needed to investigate or as required by law.
